Here it is, the final episode of HBO 24/7 Maple Leafs/Red Wings, the Road to the Winter Classic. I haven’t seen it yet, so I can’t give you a review, nor would you really want a review anyway right? I did watch the Winter Classic and it was a really cool site to see 100,000 […]
The Vancouver Canucks are on a roll and looking to push their win streak up to 5 straight with a 7:30 pm Wednesday night game vs the Detroit Red Wings at Rogers Arena. The Canucks sport a sweet 9-4-1 record and are looking to cap off an extremely successful October with one more win. Last […]
It goes without saying that finishing first in the conference is very important, but it’s likely going to be a lot more advantageous this year than last. The Hockey News has sparked a lot of talk in the hockey world lately by picking the Canucks to win the Western Conference last Wednesday. We nailed the Canucks-Kings series (Canucks in six) and Pens-Sens series (Pens in six). Not bad, but we’re aiming higher this round.
Nice to see Cody Hodgson back on the ice this week at Canucks prospect camp. Hodgson injured his back from the 120+ games he played at the NHL exhibition/OHL regular season and playoffs/AHL playoffs and had surgery on it over the summer.
